A Wellspring of Connectivity
Imagine being isolated from the rest of the world, living in your own private Babylon; you have an abundance of space, full and lush fruit trees growing in your ample backyard, blossoming fragrant flowers enveloping your house with their brilliant colors, cows and fat bellied pigs roaming casually about, not a cloud in sight. There's no rush to be anywhere. No traffic jams. No drunkards milling about shouting obscenities. You enjoy the peace. May be too much. Places like this do exist, but unless you're terribly rich, or just lucky, these types of oases are off the grid, not just geographically, but also technologically. They are isolated. Miles of nothing around, except peace and quiet.
